LIVE EVENT DISCLAIMER — NO REFUNDS POLICY

By purchasing a ticket or registering for any live, in-person event hosted by Let's Evolve LLC, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following terms:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This policy applies to all live events hosted in the months of

January, April, July, and October of every year, as well as any additional live events unless otherwise stated in writing.

Why No Refunds?

To secure professional venues, speakers, staffing, and event materials, significant non-refundable deposits and full payments are made well in advance of each event. These costs are not recoverable to us in the event of a cancellation, regardless of the reason — including illness, travel delays, personal emergencies, or changes in circumstances.

Once your ticket is purchased, your seat is reserved, and all event-related expenses are incurred based on your confirmed attendance.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and while we are unable to offer refunds, your ticket may be transferable to another person upon request, subject to written approval at least 14 days prior to the event date.

By completing your registration and/or submitting payment, you are confirming that you understand and accept this policy.
